Fair Hill is a 5, 656 acre expanse of land that was purchased in 1926, by William du Pont, Jr. Du Pont enjoyed fox hunting several days per week and established our barn and fox hound kennels, which are on the left upon arriving at the stables. The foxhounds can still be seen lounging in their pens.
